3 Bed town house Near Ryde Sea Front @ One Church Lane

Location and that's it .....

Do not recommend, AVOID!!! Once we entered the house, straight away we had noticed unpleasant smell. The things we didn't like and were below standard: -Washing up sponge was really greasy, used and old -dirty bathroom floor -hood extractor fan didn't work -cobwebs and dust in many places -whole toilet seat was loose, toilet door didn't shut, toilet seat was broken -no hangers or cupboards in rooms -no handle in one bedroom, unable to shut the door -dirty utensils/cutlerys -broken window in the bathroom -stains on bedding. If we wouldn't stay only for one night we would look for different accommodation. Seriously, I'm surprised that this property is listed on booking.com. I have never experienced anything like it, below any standards. The only reason I have given two not one is because of the location....

The facilities and room space is clean and functional

Complete kitchen utensils

The owner understood our plight due to we where messed about with another property and the owner really helped us out with our situation

Due to it being last minute booking the owner didn't have much time to prepare etc however the owner did their best within a short time frame

Mo bedside drawers. No Mirrors. Total house dusty. Toilet lock is a joke.

Overall the location, heating, boiler was okay and spacious.

It was below the expectation, specifically cleanliness was definitely required as I got reaction at night. Secondly not much facilities was provided also wifi has poor signals.
