Direct Ocean Front 3BR/2BA Dog Friendly **OCEANFRONT**

The location!!! Also… being pet friendly and right on the beach.

The property was clean and neat. It felt more like being at home as opposed to staying at a hotel. I like the fact that it was close to places where we liked to shop and eat.

We had issues with the toilet near the front door and we had water coming through the ceiling near the balcony.

This is a fabulous location and view. They have all of the comforts of home and even extras like the Margaritaville blender. The balcony was my favorite. I sat and drank my coffee in the mornings and just enjoyed the view. Even when it was raining, this balcony was so large, that I was still able to sit on it and enjoy it. The view from the master bedroom was fantastic and I loved the shutters and ability to open them. The decor in the rental were very pleasing and the best part was we were able to take our fur babies. The steps were challenging for our family member who is a little feeble and our elderly dog, but this was expected and could not be helped.

There was really nothing that we didn't like.

The price, living space for 6 adults, and oceanfront location were suitable for our 4 night/5 day stay. The ocean view from the living room looking out and reflecting on the mirrored wall gave us a panoramic feel. The balcony view and seating were comfortable and relaxing.

Based on our individual reviews and rating, we give our stay a 7/10. We provided a rather extensive list of issues that need addressing directly to the property owners, Stef & Tim. As a pet friendly property, cleanliness is a MUST as all pet owners are not mindful of keeping the property clean. The carpets in both front bedrooms as well as the fabric love seat had pet stains in several places. We had to remove the area rug under the coffee table because of the pet odor smells. The TV's in both the twin and master bedrooms either did not work or would not connect. The property owner offered to troubleshoot, but it was just easier to use our firestick. The Keurig and coffee/tea pot also did not work, which was catastrophic for all of us as coffee drinkers (lol). A guest had to go purchase a Keurig. For some of the guests, the beds were either uncomfortable, lumpy, or too hard, and one of the twin mattresses kept sliding off. In addition to the bedroom closets having complimentary linens, some of the closet space was taken up as storage for maintenance repair supplies. Before guests arrived, I had to remove stuff out of the closets to make room for the guest's luggage. One of the door knobs to a guest bedroom came off, and guests were locked out of the room. Fortunately, I found a screw driver to remove the door knob housing. Stef & Tim have assured us that they have visited the property since our stay and will be addressing the list of issues for the comfort of future guests. Because of their promised feedback, we would definitely consider rebooking. Overall, I think if Stef & Tim were to replace their current cleaning/maintenance crew, and if they are available to perform a personal walk-through before each guests check-in, it would help improve their ratings.

Stefanie's place was amazing. Great location, beautiful ocean front views, the bedrooms were very comfortable. The condo itself had all the amenities for the beach (chairs, towels, etc.). Parking is great too, and right out front.

The check in process could have gone smoother. Having travelled from MD, which is about 7 1/2 hours depending on traffic, I tried to time it best I could for a 3:00 check in. We arrived around 2:30, and I was hoping we could check in 30 minutes early. However, the cleaning crew arrived at the same time. I was surprised because check out time is 10:00 AM, so I thought by 2:30 the place would have already been cleaned. Also, a little surprising that 30 minutes is all it takes to clean an entire condo. The cleaning crew was not happy to see us there, and had an attitude stating they had other condos to clean before ours. Our host said, she will talk to the cleaning crew. I hope the next guest does not experience this little hiccup. I expected a little discount for this inconvenience, but it did not happen. Technically, since it was not Stefanie's fault I understand. It was just an unfortunate way to start our time in Myrtle Beach, but since the remainder of the trip was awesome I don't want to sound like I am complaining. Overall, great place.

Key code wasn't working when we arrived. It was quickly remedied remotely once I called property but it was difficult to find the phone number of property since my booking was through Booking.com; perhaps property phone number should be prominently indicated on verification email.
