Brand New Luxury 2 Bedroom with Loft and Spa Sleeps 10

The area and cabin were indeed beautiful; however, there were some essential cooking supplies that were lacking. The cabin was equipped with only one small pot and no cooking utensils, which necessitated that I purchase a skillet and a larger pot in order to accommodate our cooking needs for the week. Additionally, I reached out multiple times via the messaging app but did not receive any responses. Furthermore, my children were unable to sleep in the bunk beds due to their discomfort, as the springs were quite bothersome. Lastly, we requested an early check-in and were informed that it would be possible. However, upon arrival, we found that the door had not been reset, requiring us to wait outside until the official check-in time. Overall, while the cabin's beauty was notable, it would greatly benefit from some improvements in terms of essential amenities.

Absolutely beautiful cabin and location. Perfect combination of privacy and neighborhood. Close to shopping, activities and restaurants but still a great sense of seclusion and nature.

Large beds were very comfortable, however the bunks were a little uncomfortable. They will probably be ok for children.

The patio is to die for. Gas fireplace with hot tub, comfortable seating and a dining area outside. Peaceful, gorgeous setting. Saw deer the first night. Short 10 min drive to restaurants, and other fun things especially for kids-bowling, The Maze, Go Carts and then of course Broken Bow Lake.

The cabin itself is a beautiful property.

When we got to the cabin, everything was perfect. Minor things such as the chairs in the living room being stained. I noticed that there were spiderwebs between the kitchen cabinets and the wall... Then, we started seeing roaches. All over. In all the years that I have been to broken bow, there has never been a roach in any of the cabins. Nothing was really done, other than the people maintaining the property "sprayed." There was raid on the kitchen counter when we came back. There was a dead roach in the bathroom.... This is obviously a known problem in this particular cabin, as there was raid under the kitchen sink specifically for roaches when we arrived. If I owned a property and there were an infestation problem, I would not be renting it out until it was resolved. My 1 year old woke up with his pacifier in his mouth, with a roach on his pacifier! Whoever is cleaning the property, is not doing a great job. I'm disgusted in all honesty.
