Le foto sono un po' datate: la casa necessiterebbe di una maggiore manutenzione e di una pulizia più approfondita. Inoltre sarebbe utile aumentare la fornitura di asciugamani, sia per le mani che da doccia.

Ужасно стары дом. При входе в подъезд стоят вонючие мусорные баки( Весь подъезд на столько старый, что его проще снести. Номер не соответствует фотографиям, все настолько уставшее, что пора переделывать, половина всего не работает. Телевизора нет. Посуды как на фото нет от слова совсем. Смеситель работает крайне плохо, легко обжечься кипятком. Входная дверь ходит ходуном, небезопасно совсем.

Great central location near the Opera. Easy to walk to the main attractions and for catching the tram to explorer wider. The apartment is very spacious and all three bedrooms were very comfortable. The building was very authentic, with a great old staircase and lift, but once you’re up to the apartment, it’s lovely and bright with a great kitchen, living room and three good double bedrooms. The apartment was lovely and clean, and all bedding and towels were fresh and nice.

The name ‘Wellness retreat with sauna and jacuzzi’ is a little ambiguous. The sauna is a tiny single person electric wood room with no instructions and the jacuzzi is just the bath with jets. There is only one toilet and only one proper shower, which is in the master bedroom, so plenty of sharing and coordinating to use the shower. The coffee machine was broken.

La pulizia lascia un pò a desiderare, tipo sotto i letti. Due bagni di cui uno in camera ma senza wc. C'è uno stanzino finestrato che funge solo da wc.

Mieszkanie jest olbrzymie, nikt sobie wzajemnie nie przeszkadzał. Byliśmy zimą, ale temperatura w pokojach była w porządku. Wygląd kamienicy i klatki schodowej może zniechęcać, za to mieszkanie urządzone z pomysłem i funkcjonalne. Patrząc na mapę miałem wątpliwości co do lokalizacji, ale okazała się świetna. Blisko metro, supermarket, miejsce na śniadanie i na obiad też. Do centrum i VII dzielnicy właściwie krótki spacerek.

Dwie rzeczy do poprawienia. Dostaliśmy tylko jeden zestaw kluczy co przy 8 osobach stanowiło pewien kłopot. Druga sprawa to kwestia gorącej wody w kranie. Niestety była tak gorąca, że problemem było ustawienie optymalnej temperatury do kąpieli. Ale myślę, że są to sprawy do skorygowania.

We liked the space, the design, the open space shower, the one-person-sauna and the whirlpool bath tub. The location is great, too. The apartment is very quiet.

Keys for toilet and bathroom are missing.
