Wellness Retreat with Sauna & Jacuzzi - 1 min to Opera

What a value! The apartment is beautiful, the rooms were perfect, the deep bathtub with ample super hot water was amazing. If we weren't so excited to explore Budapest I easily could have stayed in the apartment all week. There are lots of great restaurants all around. We particularly liked going to the Lion's Locker for breakfast. The train station was a little bit of a walk but not too bad. There are grocery options relatively close by and the surroundings felt safe. There is some nightlife and a dance studio on the block so it can get noisy late at night but as long as the windows are closed its not terrible.

The instructions to get in to the apartment were a little tricky. I feel like a few more pictures in the instructions would be helpful. The counters and floors were pretty yucky when we got there. I bought some cleaning supplies and cleaned all the counters and floors. The power was cut off about 45 minutes prior to checkout so we weren't able to clean up as much as I would have liked before leaving. We also had to change our breakfast plans. The elevator is wonky. You really never know if it will take you up or down or maybe only halfway. We never got stuck in it so we used it when necessary.

Very spacious, warm, with modern design, and well located in town.

The building where is located is old and needs maintenance. The apartment has only 1 toilet which is inconvenient when accommodating a large family or group.

Very central, owner was an excellent communicator, responding to queries immediately and dealing with any issues promptly. Well equipped and clean

Main bathroom does not have a proper shower, second bathroom is open plan in the main bedroom so no privacy , and only one toilet .

Location was excellent for exploring. Very central and close to plenty of bars and restaurants.

Only 1 toilet to share between 6 people with no lock on the door. Communal bathroom also had no lock on the door. The Hot Tub as advertised was actually a normal bathtub with water jets. The shower head was built into the bath with no bracket to fix it to a wall so had to to shower holding the shower head. Also no shower curtain or screen to prevent the water from the shower going everywhere. There was no Bidet as advertised. Mattresses was very hard and pillows was super soft.

We loved everything about the flat, mostly the location.

A very spacious appartment, very clean, at a very good location, close to everything and still in a relatively quiet and not too crowded street. The kitchen is very well equipped.

It would be nice if a curtain would be installed in the bathroom to prevent floor flooding especially when the children take shower.

A big apartment in a good location, the jacuzzi was nice

1.The refrigerator was broken and we didn’t get a new one for a few days, which was a great inconvenience for us because we traveled with a baby and needed it for pumped breast milk. Other than apologizing the owner didn’t seem to care too much. If the description says the apartment has a refrigerator it should work during your stay, we were not compensated for that in any way 2.We had to pay extra 30 euros for the baby crib that did not even include a sheet 3.Super early check out- 10 am, Never in my life did I have to check out so early in any place, and to top it off the owner threatened us with a fine for a 10 min delay 4.The floor makes a terrible noise with every step, not ideal to say the least when a baby is sleeping 5.The sauna can fit 1 person at a time
