We showed up to check in and they disappeared. They never responded to booking.com and we had to re-book another location last minute with our kids waiting on us and a dog in the car. We contacted the phone number provided to us. A gentleman answer then gave us another alternate number for another member to pick up the booking. They never answered, so we recalled the same gentleman twice and he didn’t answer and never respond to our text messages. Booking.com was further unable to make contact with them within the 45 minute grace period. This was three hours after our original check-in time.
