Very poor caravan very dirty , curtains hanging off all windows , all bedding was dirty, no cover on light in bathroom , front window is rotten caravan should not be let out

"Pleasant"

Hard to find but once found was ok .kids loved it more space for them to run around in than i have in my little bungalow . Clean and tidy Thank you to tom for sorting lights out

It could do with a bit of updating curtains didnt fit window sizes . Handle to aid getting in was loose . I know paths are not your fault but being a wheelchair user it was quite uneven

That it wasn't that far away from the sea

It was very dirty, the freezer had all brown stuff in it, there was ear buds and bottle lids underneath the sofa bled in the living room. The other beds weren't comfortable.

State of caravan. Dirty, curtains coming off, damp, had to wipe down before I would let my grand kids in!!! The freezer was disgusting and I had to clean the fridge before putting anything in it. The caravan is tired and not really fit for purpose. Window locks broken so some windows you couldn't open and one in the twin room wouldn't close. Light fittings in the bathroom and main bedroom are broken and exposed. 2 x scruffy plastic chairs and a broken down wooden bench is all that is provided as outside seating for family. Would not recommend anyone booking this caravan as you will be very disappointed.

Everything it wasn’t clean moldy pillows curtains hanging off windows did not shut properly and some window latches where broken so they would not open.

The caravan was unfit. The curtains were falling of the rollers.The pillows and quilts are not clean marks all over the floors and carpets

I love this site but this was a caravan we booked from a private owner and it was diabolical. Mould everywhere, windows didn't open lights didn't work, dirty pants from previous occupant

The caravan is well past its sell by date

"the van needs some TLC, I wouldn’t stay in this one again but the park overall was nice."

location was good. Bed was comfortable.

it was dirty, musty, curtains falling down. looks like it’s no longer cared for. windows don’t close properly, or won’t open at all. the battery smoke alarm was no longer working, light fitting in the bathroom exposed and hanging down. pans provided, rusty and dirty. half the park lost water for 12hrs (mainly during the night) reception doesn’t open till 9 so no one to contact to find out what was happening. telephone number provided no one answered.
