Duplex Parque Santiago 2 close to pool, sea + beach, central, Wifi, heated pool

Size was good and location is great.

WiFi didn't work. Fan in bedroom was broken. Couldn't get the washing machine to work but could have been down to me as it was in Spanish.

The whole apartment is in a bad shape, poor living condition, filthy furnitures and living facilities. No idea how can such a place exist at booking.com.

The location was good. Size of apartment great. Aaron (host) good and responsive .

Overall we had a lovely stay , hopefully this would be just some constructive feedback. Having to pay for the use of the pool as you are not allowed sit around to supervise your kids unless paying for beds. I was asked to pay for beds at 5 PM while the pool closes at 6!Not really ideal when you have paid for beds on the beach(which is normal). Sunbeds should be included as in any other apartment complex! Just add 20€ per day on rent and the guest won't see the hidden fee and won't mind. Terrace over grown so you cannot really use this lovely terrace (needs to be maintained for the guests to enjoy) . Salty water pool ( this is just personal!), Apartment looks tired need a bit of work, painting etc. Fix the basics: 1)New Bedsheet's , pillow cases and towel are not expensive but would definitely make the apartment looking better. 2)new Clothes Airer as the old one it is not usable and stains clothes(rusted). 3)Sweeping brush and cleaning equipment need to be replaced as not usable.

Location was great. Pool bar was good with lovely staff. On the whole the apartment was OK. It was nice to have a little garden to sit in, in fact we used that more than the balcony!

Both the complex and the apartment are looking tired. No instructions were given for things like how to get on WiFi, what to do with your rubbish etc. The sort of details which could really be left in a folder in the apartment. The shower head was not attached to the wall, making showering difficult. The stairs were quite deadly and there was nothing to show where the steps were as they were the same tile as the floor......we put a plant there so that we noticed them and didn't fall. The second bedroom suffered a lot from the noise of passing residents well into the night whilst the front bedroom was fairly quiet.
