clear instructions . only 1 card for doors and lift fast lift..but a lot of people because of public holidays .so we take the stairs whenever its too crowded Security guards at the pool is doing good job telling people what not to do and gatekeep pool facility is great .both kids and adults area

check in was a bit tedious at the security guard area..need to fill up online form while taking the card..a bit of a hassle the room is quite small..this is not my first time going to bali residence ..but interior design is child friendly which is spectacular

No plate provided. Using plastic cup/mug. Must improve to provide plates and glass mug, so that can fill hot water.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bilik sangat bersih, selesa dan lengkap. Lokasi strategik, dekat tempat makan,bandar & tarikan utama. Host ramah dan membantu,paling penting katil banyak,sesuai utk famili,decoration bilik mesra kanak2 . Sangat berbaloi, pasti akan menginap lagi!
