Veľké izby. Veľa balkónov.

Zaplatili sme za ubytovanie z raňajkami. Raňajky sme nedostali. Máme si kúpiť kávu vonku za 3 eurá. Chrobáky, ktoré doštípali hlavne deti. Byt sa nachádza na najvyšom poschodí bez výťahu co vám dá zabrať odniesť kufre. Nieje klíma a v byte je dusno. Majiteľka neochotna a neústretová s arogantným správaním a nepravdivímy tvrdeniami aj napriek dojednaným službám. Kúpeľna jedna katastrofa. Po osprchovaní voda neodteká, je všade po miestnosti a šmýka sa. Je nachystaná stierka na sťahovanie vody. Posteľné obliečky špinavé. Neodporúčam.

I did not use this property! I left it instantly. It is a scam, run away as fast as you can and do not book here! From the beginning, we were told that breakfast was not included, as described in both the offer and the reservation. We understood and moved past this. When we arrived at the property, we received something entirely different! Attention, the photos are misleading. I reserved the 'Three-Bedroom Apartment' but in reality, there are two large open-space rooms with many beds in them. There are no 3 bedrooms and a living room. The owner responds only through messages from a foreign number. He justifies through messages that there are enough sleeping places and other nonsense, trying to justify that I did not actually rent what is clearly confirmed both in the email reservation and on Booking. Additionally, he claims through messages that this property is luxurious. And worse, he does not return the money! We did not stay at all. Beyond the non-existent room situation, this apartment is barely ''renovated'' I uploaded photos where you can see that there is not even a carpet on the concrete floor. Terrible beds Booking was unable to recover the amount from this scammer, and, moreover, I see that this property is still posted. Run as fast as you can! Do not book here under any circumstances! I am convinced that the host will respond to this review with the same nonsense he used in private messages. Please note how he insults everyone who left a negative review based on the falsehoods in the booking options - including based on nationality or age. It is shameful! Currently, I have made and stayed in 42 bookings. I have never experienced anything like this, not even remotely similar, from any other owner.

This was the worst experience we’ve had in years. The apartment was infested with mosquitoes and cockroaches from the start, and the wardrobe was filled with dirty sheets upon our arrival. As temperatures dropped during our stay, the apartment became colder than outside due to the concrete floors. What began with mosquito bites turned into us getting sick from the freezing cold inside. The landlord’s behavior only made things worse—completely unprofessional, refusing to acknowledge any of the issues, and even sending us rude, offensive messages. They falsely claimed that we left the dirty sheets, despite us having photo evidence they were there from the beginning. This stay was a nightmare in every possible way.

In my initial reservation when I searched for an apartment, we looked for an apartment with an air conditioner and this apartment had it in the accessories description. we also filtered the search results based on the existence of AC. when we arrived at the apartment, we found out there was NO air conditioner although the order says there is an AC. We contacted the host, who admitted that this apartment does not have AC although it was strictly specified in the apartment description and accessories. We could not accept that since it was very hot for us. we had to spend 3 hours in our car trying to look for an alternative apartment. when we found such, we contacted the host again and we told her we are not staying. She told us to leave the keys on the kitchen table and we did so. The host kept trying to convince us to stay, she claimed that if you open the window you will enjoy the fresh air and the apartment's price is very attractive... Well, during July in the heat and humidity the air is not so fresh, not talking about the muskitos that will eat you alive.. maybe the price is attractive, but we paid for an apartment that included AC and we didn't get that. We were two families with 7 children and this incident was very painful for us all. The building itself is falling apart and it was very difficult to find it since the instructions were incorrect. eventually, we didn't spend even one hour in this apartment.
