Cloud Nine - Blue Mountain Home with 2 Masters and a Private Pool while only 300 ft to Beach

The location and layout of this house is awesome. You really are steps from the beach. The driveway can easily park 4 large cars. The area under the house is great. The pool is plenty big and the heater works well (call before you go to setup and when there, increase the temp on the unit if needed). The first master is off of the kitchen and the second is on the very top floor with the balcony. The other bedrooms and bath have plenty of room. The pictures uploaded to Booking and other websites are out of order, a picture with the layout of the house would really help. The kitchen, dining, and living room are much bigger than the picture shows. We had 5 adults and a teenager and it was plenty of room. The kitchen is stocked, bring some foil if you need to use a pan, they are well used. No working crockpot. We had plenty of paper products and trash bags when we arrived. The host replied promptly via phone and text.

These rental places only ever send someone when something is wrong, I really wish they would check up once a month. The dryer vent was 100% clogged with lint. The porch lights have bird nests. One of the bedroom TVs doesn’t work. The porch screen door sticks really bad. Dead tree branches all over the yard. The grill is so dirty it is unusable. We went in December, I was really annoyed that there is a palm tree right over the grill and next to the entrance to the pool. Every day it was covered in berries from the palm. You had to wear shoes/sandals and that meant the berries tracked into the house. Just take the tree down. I would rate it higher if the house was maintained better.

Beautiful home! Perfect for 2 families! Great location for beach access!
