2 Bed Semi - Sleeps 4 - Fully Fenced Garden & Parking - Quiet Cul De Sac Location - Dog Friendly - Fast Wifi - Close to Motorway Access

Bed, so comfortable. Havent slept that well in a long time!

Nothing, couldnt fault the place.

Located in a lovely quiet area within walking distance to a Tesco Express & dog friendly pubs. Loved watching the bats fly around the garden at dusk from the patio doors.

Don't think there was any mention of there being a freezer so we didn't bring our ice blocks with us. There turned out to be two little freezers. Just would've been nice to know in advance.

Cereal wasn`t to my preference. but the bread was ok

Washing machine was rusty and the tray was dirty. Nowhere near enough electrical sockets in the kitchen or front room. Beds were comfy enough.

The the garden was enclosed. There had been some effort to put the illustration of modern clean house.

The house is in need of some serious structural work. Rotten wood work dodgy floor in the bathroom. The house wasn't clean, hair in the bath plug hole, the slip mat was filthy. We needed to clean the glasses before we used them. The sponge that was left in the kitchen was falling apart. Breakfast which was supposed to be included was small box of cereal 1 each and bread but no spread. We were also left two tea bags ! We had booked for two nights so expected breakfast on two days. We were really disappointed, won't be booking again.

Good communication with Shaun, nice sized secure grass lawn garden which was freshly mown, comfy beds with clean fresh linen free parking and good dog walking at Jubilee Park.

Most of the cutlery and crockery needed to be washed on arrival. Generally the property needs a good refurb and tidy to fix all the things mentioned in other reviews.

Clean and tidy. Kitchen had all you needed. Perfect for what we needed - a few nights stay visiting family in the area. Enclosed garden for dogs.

Nothing.

Unfortunately, the property was really unclean. There was mouldy food in the cupboard and none of the crockery was clean enough to use without cleaning first. The bedding was stained and there were strange stains on the walls. I feel like the place needs a thorough deep clean and a few hundred quid spent on fixing the broken bits like the curtain pole in the bedroom and the weird hole in the floor in the bathroom. That being said, the location was great and a really quiet area. The breakfast was a lovely touch but unfortunately the butter that was left had been used before and was full of crumbs which isn't ideal for me as I have coeliac disease so couldn't use the butter with the bread I brought. I did email the manager and thought he might offer to send someone to clean or something but he didn't. So although check in was easy and straightforward I wouldn't say customer service is amazing. I got a really good deal but if I had paid full price I'd have been very upset and honestly I still think I paid too much. I guess you get what you pay for though.

Great property in quiet cul de sac everything that we needed

Only negative was the shower pressure

The main room tended to get quite cold in the evening and we had no means to turn up the heating. I think it needs to be switched on around 7.00pm each night for a couple of hours. However, it came on at 6.00am each morning which is ideal.
