Owners were great! Very good communication and helped us book game drives. Braai room was wonderful! Spent every night hanging out in there.

A little cold at night but the owners were very helpful with bringing in heaters.

Quiet and private.

The cabin is well layed out, gives you a view of the bush from the deck. Cozy even during the cold. Everything youll need is there.

I wish we saw more animals, luckily this is not the hosts problem. Other than that, we had a lovely time.

If your goal is to spend time with friends, and want a fully kitted bushveld experience, this is definitely it. Braais, and wood are sorted, everything you might need food-wise is available and easily accessible, the property is in a safe location. The owners were super friendly, answered all questions in a record time, and had daily suggestions on what to do. Really beautiful hosts. The internet was glitch free. Super extras like the jacuzzi and pizza oven were available.

I assumed the full property was ours, and would not have booked if I knew the owners live in, on the property. This is a purely personal preference and perhaps I was too hasty on my booking.

Lucky to see elephant, giraffe, wildebeest, zebrs and warthog up close on accomodation boundary wall. Beds super comfotable. Hosts extremely friendly and helpful.

We were provided all the information upfront, and met at the property. The rooms and main house are lovely, and have everything you need, and slept in comfort for the whole family. Everything was clean and tidy on arriving. The lounge area and office are also handy and ideally situated. The entertainment area was perfect for us, and spent most of our time there, using the jacuzzi, and great social events with the pizza oven. The deck overlooking the reserve is a perfect way to relax and have breakfast, or enjoy a morning cup of coffee, and spot many animals. The pool was clean and well maintained, great for any hot summer days. As the evening went on, it is great to spend time around a huge fire pit, chatting and looking at the stars, while listening for any movement beyond the wall, and going to the deck to check if any visitors stopped by. The hosts were friendly, professional and eager to help us with information on game drives, and finding out more about the area and hot spots for animal sightings. Overall we couldn’t have asked for more, the family, adults and children, all had a great time together.

it was a lovely easter weekend with family. a huge garden, a pool, a game viewing deck and an amazing entertainment area where we spent most our time. lots of fridge and freezer space.

the lighting in the house is a bit weird - and very dimly lit. the interior of the house is a bit dated and dark. however, we spent most our time outside at the entertainment area and only used the house to sleep. Bathrooms are a bit dated but were still very clean and perfectly usable. the oven is not great, rather prepare to braai, use the pizza oven or stove.

We brought our own food as this is a Self catering unit
