"Exceptional"

Très bon séjour à l'hôtel du parc. Personnels accueillants et compétents. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et le jacuzzi. Petit déjeuner copieux et beaucoup de choix. Dommage que le restaurant soit fermé le lundi et le mardi ,car nous nous sommes régalés le mercredi soir .Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer. Leider gibt es Teppichboden. Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel vorhanden

Das Frühstück war eher bescheiden. Für uns enttäuschend, da wir aufgrund der Beschreibung ‚hervorragendes Frühstück‘ gebucht hatten.

Repas très bon et la masseuse surper sympathique et professionnel et la chambre était bien

Pour un hôtel spa l'eau de la piscine et jacuzzi pas assez chaud et le sauna devait ouvrir a 16h n'était pas en fonction alors on a pas profité du spa comme il fallait.

"Un merveilleux séjour à chaque visite !"

Tout est nickel. L'hôtel est très propre, très confortable et très bien équipé (piscine, jacuzzi, salle de sports, sauna, hammam,...). Le personnel est super gentil, attentionné et attentif. Le spa est abordable. Le restaurant est vraiment agréable. La situation est parfaite aussi: au pied du Haut-Koenigsbourg, sur la route des vins, à quelques kilometres de Ribeauvillé et de Colmar. Un super sejour à chaque visite!

Franchement: rien. Juste attention aux bornes de recharge (qui n'appartiennent pas à l'hôtel), il y a un forfait élevé si vous chargez apres 17h.

Le prix de 38 euros pour 50 cl de vin blanc pinot gris inadmissible pour une région productrice
