"Muy deficientes los servicios basicos de la casa. Caldera y agua."

Falló la caldera y costó 2 dias ponerla en marcha, y el ultimo día falló el agua y tuvimos que ducharnos con una garrafa con agujeros en el tapón.

El departamento es muy bueno, tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia, cuenta con alberca. Tiene un Oxxo & una tienda cerca para adquirir tus alimentos. La zona es segura.

Está muuuuuuy lejos del centro de Playa del Carmen, debes tomar taxi o traer vehículo. No pasan transportes cerca & debes caminar mucho para tomar alguno.

It was great, had everything i needed. I like being away from tourist areas and yet close enough for quick hops over. Zero complaints, great wifi, and the ac worked perfectly.
