Aspen House - Apartment 3

Location was perfect for us with good parking. Apartment nicely decorated, spacious and very clean.

There are lots of stairs to get up and they aren't well lit. Not great for elderly or people with visual impairment even if fit. Stairs between bedrooms and bathroom were a surprise. I should have asked more questions about accessibility.

All of us being elderly, we found the stairs (2 flights) a challenge!!

Good size, all clean rooms, comfy beds and all the equipment we needed

Clean and spacious

The minor negative thing about the flat was there was no light in the corridor leading to the flat. This is a trip hazard.

Modern, very spacious & clean. Great to have Wi-Fi & tv use. The Welcome Pack was excellent help to get to know the area quickly too.

Slight musty smell coming in (but this could be to do with structure of building) & flushing the toilet lead to very noisy plumbing response. Downstairs neighbours a bit noisy, but that’s life!

The bedrooms spacious with modern furniture nice decor- fantastic location to the beach or as a centre for nearby towns like Anglesey - highly recommended

Could do with an additional light outside the front door

The location is fantastic and the property is newly renovated. There are a few steps in the property and it is on a split level. The property is very close to the shops and high street. For families and people exploring North Wales, this is great as it is very close to the North Wales expressway.

The property could do with some TLC. The flooring is uneven and creaky at points and the plumbing in the bathroom is noisy! There are some finishing touches that are still needed and some small improvements that could go a long way. Adding small things in the kitchen - basics in a pack maybe, would be highly appreciated. Some board games or toys in the house would be great for families and some books in the house maybe? This would give it a more homely feel. A fan might be needed as well.
