Booking is called “apartments with pool” but pool was not included , it was empty. We were looking for a house with a pool, that is the only reason of booking here.
XKWe are from Kosovo 🇽🇰 About property I liked everything, from location till the welcome of owners. Emina and her husband were perfect and very helpful. They helped us calling Uber and all the time we were in contact with them for anything we needed. The room was very cleaned also the best thing is that there was a free parking in front of the aparment. Even we did not use the room had all of these facilities you need. If you want to visit Dubrovnik I would highly recommend this aparment due to his location and everything else.

We received information about the Dubrovnik area with personal recommendations. we would love to return. 10+ P.S. its comfortable go to the Dubrovnik center with Uber or Bolt app, not far away.

The apartment itself is beautiful, complemented by its impeccable cleanliness. Every facility, from the air conditioning to the washing machine, worked perfectly. One of the standout features for us was the terrace, very nice view and it was big. The location is fantastic – a tranquil area with just a little walk to the beach, making it both convenient and peaceful. We didn't encounter a single issue during our stay, a testament to the thought and care put into this property. ZAThis was easily the best accommodation we had in 3 weeks of travelling. There are 3 apartments on the property, ours was on the middle level. It is tastefully furnished, there is an aircon in the living area. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a 5-day stay, including free parking. Our hostess Emina welcomed us on arrival and was available when we had questions. The washing machine was a nice bonus. Emina also accommodated our request for a slightly later checkout as the next guests were coming in later that day. I would stay here again if we ever come back.
The location is fine as long as you have a car, otherwise it's a long walk to the beach or shops. The terrace is not private. The cooking equipment is very basic (one pot and one pan), adequate for simple meals. None of these are showstoppers though.
ITThe apartment was perfect, everything is brand new, very clean and comfortable.
