it’s new. felt clean. shower had good water pressure.

there was a female staff member with glasses that worked at the hotel and the Hasu coffee shop next door that took advantage of us and made money off of us through lying about bus transportation and prices. We paid her worker directly (at their demand) instead of the bus company, and they made 70,000VND per ticket extra off of us. as for the hotel: there were little ants running around the walls and I’m the bathroom.

Nice place..clean...friendly..comfortable..definitely back for sur..kudos all the staff

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous. Highly recommended it!
