La posizione centrale, ottima.

Staff inesistente, grosse difficoltà per accedere alla struttura, che al cellulare non ha mai risposto. Fatto il check in online ho atteso invano le istituzioni per ritirare la chiave. Ho dovuto chiedere assistenza telefonica a booking...infine le chiavi del portone di ingresso non erano quelle corrette, per cui l'ospite deve suonare a qualsiasi citofono per farsi aprire..pessima gestione!!!!!

Pulizia scadente Per rientrare alle ore 22.00 ho dovuto citofonare e disturbare gli altri inquilini perché sia il cancello esterno sia la porta di entrata dello stabile non si aprivano con le chiavi ricevute; con due bambini non è per nulla piacevole.

The apartment was very dirty, and staying there was extremely unpleasant. The owner did respond, but we ultimately had to book another place because it was impossible to sleep and stay there comfortably. Very disappointing experience.

Excellent location in Arona. Traditional authentic feel. Comfortable bed.

The process of obtaining the key needs to be improved. The code should be sent to the guest on the morning of arrival, regardless of arrival time. Whilst the manager/owner did help us, the situation could have been avoided. Also the situation with the gate at night should be clarified. There was also a misunderstanding about needing the sofa bed and the cleaner had not set this up and it still had previously used bedding on it. Again, we were helped to locate clean bedding etc, but it could have been avoided.

Fantastic location and very comfortable apartment.

Unique set up, extra spaghetti and ingredients surprisingly in cabinet, like a family set up, Netflix available for use, amazing restaurants and customer service near by
