Coblanca 3 - Fincas Arena

The location was perfect. Everything in walking distance. You can see the beach from the room too. There is a supermarket straight ahead on the beachfront which was very cheap. Not the little one across the road. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of space in the living area and the little patio area where you can open the doors to get fresh air in. The view was great as the apartment sweeps around a corner. There is a pool which always has sunbeds, you can see this from the room too. I would highly recommend this apartment and we would definitely book it again. You can get the bus to the old town from there too.

Location is excellent for beach & restaurants &bars

Fans for the bedroom would be a bonus. Bathroom door had no lock & stuck. Unable to lock both patio doors.

all was excellent. great view of a fabulous apartment close to the beach and all amenities. highly recommend inga as a host she . was there when ever we texted or needed a question answered

The location was excellent. Literally 5 minutes to the beach one way, but equally 5 mins to the main strip too the opposite way. It's in the middle of shops, restaurants and bars of every kind but not noisy at all from the outside.

Firstly, there were no cleaners, these apartments are all private, so no cleaning done, no beds changed or towels changed... When you go away on holiday you don't want to be cleaning up all the time, making the beds etc... but... It wasn't too bad, we had extra bedding on the spare beds so halfway through our 10 days there we swapped the bedding ourselves and the extra towels too, as it was set up for 4 people and there were only 2 of us in a 2 bedroom apartment. Secondly, the sunbeds around the pool were very worn and dated, no parasols at all... And, worst of all, no toilets around the pool or in the lobby area.

It’s was close to everything

The apartment was wonderful. Perfect location for the beach and also the nightlife. Really spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was lovely but we didn’t actually use it. Would recommend and would stay again

The corridor to the apartment could do with a little work but this had no impact on the inside of the apartment and wouldn’t stop us coming again

The location is excellent. The property does exactly what it said on the tin. The host met us and we were very late arriving. We had three sets of keys the property had all the towels for the beach, wind deflecter 1 min walk from the beach. Inga was super quick if u asked her a question , we will definitely recommend and b staying again ,, lots of room and very clean , great showers , and everything you need in kitchen ….
