Communication with Casper was excellent, and the apartment was comfortable and in a great location. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

However, there was a major issue with the larger bathroom: the water pressure was so low that it was impossible to take a proper shower. This is a serious problem, especially for a group of 10 people sharing essentially one functional bathroom. Based on other reviews, this appears to be an ongoing issue that has not been addressed for years. In the smaller bathroom, the door lock became stuck several times when closed, and it sometimes took a while to unlock the door, which was concerning. I would strongly recommend that the owners finally resolve these maintenance issues, as they significantly affect the guest experience

"Bellissimo appartamento al centro di una bellissima città"

La scrittura si trova in un’ottima posizione centrale, è un appartamento molto grande e accogliente, con tanti comfort a disposizione, soprattutto in cucina.

La posizione dei bagni non è comodissima perché per accedere al bagno più grande (grandissimo, ma senza bidet) bisogna passare attraverso una stanza da letto. Il bagno a disposizione di tutti gli altri ospiti è molto piccolo. I letti matrimoniali sono rivestiti da copri materassi singoli, per cui di notte tendono a separarsi. Un armadio, al momento del nostro soggiorno, non era del tutto libero e pulito.
