Great location, in a lovely building

I think this property is managed by a company, so I felt that their contact procedures were a bit fractured

Not Applicable but there is a handy supermarket across the road where we bought what we wanted.

Lack of extractor fans in the bathrooms.

Communication was great and easy to understand. The house was well stocked, especially the kitchen. It was close to a grocery and laundry mat.

Needed a few extra bed pillows. And it was a busy street so expect to hear some cars / people.

The position was great, there are tram stops outside the door, opposite is a small store, and a great bar/restaurant at 39a. The balcony, although small, was a great bonus.

This affected our party a little, but one shower is a very tight fit, and if you had mobility issues maybe a problem

Very good location in the city center, with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for our group. Super responsive staff. We really appreciated that we were able to leave our luggage in their care after the check-out.

Maybe a bottle of water in the fridge (as a welcome gift) would have been nice.
