Great location, walking distance to the mall, hypermarket and cafes. Well equipped apartment and spacious.

Cleanliness is average. Linens, bathrobes and towels need to be sent for bleaching or due for replacement. It is worn out and stained. Curtains are dusty. The hairdryer and vacuum cleaner are full of dust and had a burnt smell when I attempted to use. There was used socks inside the closet and used sponge in the main bathroom.
