Great swimming pool

Breakfast not included and expensive for what it is Why no buffet?

We liked the whole experience of a lovely pool area right on the beach. We liked our outdoor large balcony which we used every night.

It didn’t have a full length mirror. In fact hardly anything which we could see below our chest.

Le fait que nos excursions aient été oubliées... Heureusement que finalement le responsable a tout fait pour en trouver malgré tout. La première chambre n'était pas du tout à la hauteur de nos attentes mais idem nous avons été changés dès le lendemain

Beautiful location with stunning views. Spacious room and good aircon and wifi.

Poor value for money, top 5* prices were charged for a motel standard property - albeit in a stunning setting. Better value elsewhere. Rooms are already looking in need of some TLC.

Cleaned, good food but a little expensive

We organised two excursions through the hotel: a lagoon tour, which was very good, and a whale watching tour. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the whale watching experience. After several emails, the Cook’s Bay Hotel manager told us to contact the tour operator directly. We don’t think this is a good way to treat customers: since the tours were organised through the hotel, we expected them to take responsibility and fully manage the situation on our behalf.

La struttura é nuova, bella e molto curata. Avevamo una camera molto spaziosa, con angolo cucina e l’abbiamo trovata confortevole e pulita. Inoltre avevamo a disposizione un grande terrazzo con vista piscina e laguna, attrezzato di tavolino sedie e due sdraio. All’interno si trova il ristorante Cook’s Bay dove abbiamo cenato tutte le sere del nostro soggiorno, abbiamo sempre mangiato benissimo!

Da tenere presente che la posizione non è comodissima, ovvero si é un po’ distanti dal piccolo centro di Maharepa e dalla spiaggia pubblica di Temae, quindi nel caso consiglio di affittare una macchina o uno scooter a noleggio poiché muoversi in taxi non è sempre facile e veloce.

Era una nuova struttura e tenuta bene, curata nei dettagli. Molto apprezzato il ristorante della struttura
