Friendly and helpful host, located in a quiet neighborhood. Ample parking with shops nearby. The host tried their best to help.

Cleanliness and upkeeps were not up to standard, leaving much to be desired. Maintenance was poor, interior fittings are aging with signs of water damage around the house. The pool was not clean enough to enjoy. Bedsheets were old, with some specks of dust and unknown residue. Stained sofa and cushions. We didn't manage to enjoy our stay overnight because it wasn't comfortable. We ended up booking another hotel nearby instead.

Open space, family senang nak buat activity together and kanak2 pun seronok sebab tempat luas. Kolam selamat utk kanak2 & dewasa sebab tak terlalu dalam. Owner bagi kerjasama n very fast respond. Overall puas hati with this homestay.

Problem with parking, unable to park inside property in view no qr code provided - caught in conflict between owner and management .. - few times security came to the premise ,ask to park outside - unwelcoming community -

The housing area was good and safe but the house is really bad. Worst stay ever. Firstly, we couldn't enter the housing area as the owner couldn't give us QR code for the guard to scan. So all of us have to park outside and walk into the house. Call an indian women which claiming that she's one of the person who managing the housing in malaysia, and she says that they have problems with the management over there so they can't provide QR code. Then once we reached the house, the gate of this house is spoilt and stuck.

The house condition is very bad. Floor is very dusty and the rubbish is not cleaned. Water leaking issue and the fridge had dirty ice inside. Had talked to the owner and the owner claimed the maid make ice for the guest, this is so ridiculous. Read the response by owner claiming that we have not provide late check in time, however, I have requested that our check in time will be at 8-9pm 5 days earlier. In the end of the day, no cars allowed to park inside and we have to walk in & out from the property outside of the guard house. All evidence has been provided to the owner and yet getting such response. Be mindful when you book this stay, good luck.
