Stylish 3 bed home in central Chester suburb

The property is in need of an update. Very simplistic inside with no headboards on the beds, the lounge furniture was far from comfortable and we struggled for hot water for showers.

Great location to walk into town. Lovely welcome bottle of Prosecco crisps and mince pies.

Heating in one of the bedrooms is broken, bed is the downstairs bedroom in broken and mattress is passed it’s best. After reading some reviews i noticed this was reported on the 21 November and nothing had been done about it. If six adults are staying here you can’t sit comfortably together as there is only seating for 4 max 5. Parking is very difficult.

The location. It was clean and a good size property.

The beds were not comfortable The downstairs bed was broken and we had to fix it. The heating wasn't working in the bedrooms. The light in the main bedroom had exposed wires.

Great location. Easy to access with good information prior to arrival. Lovely to have a welcome gift when we arrived. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds in two of the bedrooms.

One of the beds (in the downstairs room) had a very soft mattress so the person in that room did not sleep well. Coat hooks in the downstairs hall would have been useful as there was nowhere to put coats without taking them to bedrooms. Parking was difficult as the area is very busy.

That it was walking distance to the centre

Couldn’t open the bathroom window so couldn’t air it after a shower, would be better if they had a downstairs toilet especially when sharing with 6 people . Parking is a bit tricky

The place was horrible. Spiders everywhere, walls cracks everywhere. The place was filthy

Worst place I ever stayed. Horrible. Do not spend or waste your time at that location. They don’t even respond back to your concerns.

Big comfy bedrooms..Great location - close to town. Good facilities. We had a great stay and would use again :)

Was an issue with the recycling bins. Bit of a smell in the local area - but nothing that would put us odd coming again :)

Well equipped, excellent location, quiet, welcome gifts and quick response to questions.

Limited street parking - so ended up at the cheap nearby park & display (£6 a day).
