Likes: Location - right on the beach, by the outlet malls, and by the music venue we were going to Multiple pool options Ease of check-in and check-out Security Availability of gas grills Overall was very quiet Ample seating at the pool Dislikes: Outdated building The hot tub was gross and discolored I never saw a person working there, with the exception of the security guards at the gate. We had a few questions and no one was around the entire time. Igniters for all the gas grills don’t work No on-site food/drink locations like other resorts typically have. We ended up walking to the Hilton down the beach and eating/getting coffee there. Cost ended up being ~$600/night after all was said and done. Additionally you have to pay for chairs on the beach. When we were there you weren’t allowed to swim in the ocean the entire time. Not their fault, but I’ve never seen that at another beach before and it was disappointing after money spent. In hindsight I wish we would have rented one of the cottages or condos on the pond instead of gulf side. We were only at this location for 3 nights, so it was totally fine; however, I don’t think I would have wanted to be there for a whole week.

Master bath was dirty (hair in the shower), broken shower head, broken lock on master patio door, terrible smell throughout condo, bathrooms smelled, washer/dryer old and rusty, dryer missing filter and top was covered with contact paper. Yuck!

Very clean, but had a musty smell.the picture above the headboard over our bed fell on one side. My husband looked at it and said one of the nails was too short. We took it off the wall. Needs to be fixed! Could have caused a serious injury. Bed was very comfy!

View of ocean is somewhat obscured because of construction blocking beach view. Surprised that there wasn’t a blow dryer, and I didn’t bring one! 😟No other complaints

The umbrella/chair rentals taking up all of the beach. There was short shaved hair all over the shower upon arrival. A few things need maintenance. (Broken dishwasher)
