GBThe apartment was really nice and had everything I needed
I was sent the lock combination for the key via the booking.com chat which I was not aware of. I called several times on arriving to Kettering to find out info regarding check-in but got no response. I attempted to use the booking.com PIN. That didn't work, then I eventually discovered the message from the chat. Long story short, this PIN was still wrong and the person who dropped me off bore with me and we had to head back to the property when the hosts called on WhatsApp and wait about 30 minutes to get them to look at the combination lock. The host was very apologetic when he realised the lock combination I'd been given was wrong but eventually when I did get into the property the bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious. I made use of the WiFi and iron during my stay and found it quite convenient for being on the area for the wedding I was attending.
