Sunny Hill - Parking - Fenced Garden - Luxury Loft

Wonderful stay and perfect for people who want to have a feeling of home during a trip. We felt very welcomed plus owners were available at any time we ever had a question. All in all: definitely a warm recommendation from our point of view (we were 3 persons). Very kind owners, thanks a lot!

Great house and excellent hospitality by the hosts (Olja and her husband). We really enjoyed the stay at the house and definitely going back if we are in Kotor. The Mountain View in from of the house is superb!!

Bilo je odlicno, čisto uredno, domaćini su vrlo ljubazni i gostoprimljivi, za svaku preporuku!

The apartment was nice and spacious and airy. Each room has air conditioning which is a bonus. The kitchen is a nice size with a lovely dinning table to easily make some food and eat within the same space as its separated from the living room by double doors. Each room is individual which helps if your child is asleep, but you want to stay up and enjoy a glass of wine. The garden is lovely with great views of the mountains and Kotor bay. The garden has plenty of space to sit with two tables and 6 chairs, with an additional swing chair.

If I had to be picky, the entry road is narrow, but rarely met another car whilst driving up or down. The area has some works going on, so the dump trunks can make some noise from early hours and throughout the day which also causes dust in the air, so this was a bit disappointing as I couldn't enjoy the lovely scenery just listening to the wild life. The dogs and wildlife can be very loud at night, but the windows are double glazed which help. We were out by around 12pm each day, so didn't really bother us, but if you wanted a few days chilling at the property, this could be a bit of a downpoint, although work may only be intermittent. Of course, none of these above points are the properties fault as its out of their hands, this was just our downside of our week stay.

Olija and family were lovely hosts. She was proactively available before checking in and even though we arrived late in the evening she came in, handed over keys and recommended some nice places to visit. The location is nestled close to Kotor and just a short drive to Budva. The loft itself was spotless, really comfy and great value for money. Can’t recommend this place (and Olija!) enough. Thanks again for everything Olija, till we see you again!

The owner thought everything in advance. Every single detail is felt great. Each utility is unique clean and functional. Very stylish place to stay. Each room has it’s own AC inside and good work conditions. Quiet places like village. Front garden has a table set and a swing for our comfortable.
