AGATHEA APARTMENT - Central Location, Just 50m from the Sea - Nettuno

We stayed here as a couple with our 5 year old daughter. The apartment has many positives: the bed was clean, an extra bed for our daughter was provided easily, the kitchen appliances were clean, the apartment is spacious and quiet, and the air conditioning and smart TV worked well. The location is great, very close to the train station, supermarkets, restaurants, and not far from the beach. The manager was very helpful and kind.

Some things could be improved: a few areas weren’t very clean (soap dispenser, toilet brush, a lot of dust on flowers, washing machine exterior), the drying rack was difficult to use and dirty, the shower was dirty with mold in the grout, and there was a damp smell in the bedroom. There were no duvet covers, the lighting is cold, the extractor hood isn’t connected, and the iron leaks if filled with water. The space between the shower and toilet is small, and there’s almost no natural daylight in the apartment. Overall, a convenient and spacious apartment with a helpful manager, but cleanliness and some small details could be improved.

El piso es muy centrico, limpio y el dueño muy amable

Si tengo que poner una pega no me gustó que no se podía utilizar la lavadora, pero me imagino que es porqué teníamos solo la reserva para 2 noches

Posizione fantastica in pieno centro a Nettuno (è sufficiente attraversare la strada per ritrovarsi nel borgo medievale) e a due passi dal mare. Praticamente abbiamo parcheggiato l'auto e non l'abbiamo mai ripresa per una settimana. Vicino c'è di tutto... bar, cornetterie, ristoranti, negozi, il Forte Sangallo, il Santuario. L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato da poco ed é molto confortevole. È addirittura dotato di lavatrice. Michele è un ragazzo davvero premuroso e disponibile. Ci ha dato molte dritte utile sui ristoranti migliori del posto.

Materasso non molto comodo

Nettuno fantasztikus hely. A házigazda nagyon segítőkész.

Mycket fint boende centralt med 4 min promenad till havet. Lägenheten hade det viktigaste vi behövde för våran frukost som vi åt. Trots det centrala läget störs man inte av city livet. Värden var mycket tillmötesgående och dom frågorna vi hade fick vi snabba svar.

Appartamento è pulito,c’era tutto l’indispensabile,posizione comoda ,vicino c’è il supermercato e tanti negozi,la spiaggia molto vicina ,il mare pulito e trasparente,bei posti da visitare ,vicino ci sono gelaterie,il bar ,le pizzerie e ristoranti di pesce e non solo ,con la famiglia siamo stati perfettamente. Grazie al proprietario e alla signora della pulizia per gentilezza e disponibilità.Lo consiglio molto. Speriamo di tornare 😊
