Very nice accommodation.. Very safe. Closer to most of attraction and shops

The view from the rooftop is stunning and the beds are comfi. The location of the hotel is central, but it is very noisy. The Perch team responds quickly and friendly, but without real results

First of all, both bedrooms have no windows, but a thunderous ventilation system that constantly keeps you from sleeping The pool was super dirty, white gelatinous threads were floating in the pool, and the tiles at the edge of the pool were filthy with algae. The whole rooftop is unkempt, the cushions for the loungers are dirty, one table was broken, and rubbish is lying around. The flat is modernly furnished but reduced to the minimum, and the furniture is already broken and falling apart. The kitchen equipment is also minimal: no salt or pepper, no towel, rags, nothing to make coffee with, not even a small French press. For the fact that the house is only about a year old, the flat and the entire complex are wretched. We cannot recommend this accommodation

The place overall was just as displayed in the pictures. Very beautiful and clean. The view was nice. I really wish the weather was a bit better because I would've loved to experience the pool side in a bit of sunlight.

The double beds provided were very small,as I fell off one of them. The staff kept on knocking at our door,and we were not as loud as they claimed us to be. Also, the noise admin fee was not explained to us before hand,hence it made everything very unpleasant. The electricity kept on tripping, and the staff took way too long to come and assist us with that.
