The staff were not very friendly and helpful The flat was in a very bad state cockroaches dirty linen and no changing off bedding during the duration of our stay ther I had a very bad stay there no help from agent and staff Will never book a room in The sails apartments again

"Very disappointing 😞"

The view was great.

The apartment really needs TLC. The couches were in a state as well as the furniture. Everything seems to be falling apart. The kettle was filthy, They were roaches running around. The place was overwhelming with air freshener, and my husband couldn't take the smell as he has a sinus problem. I was extremely disappointed, we leave our clean and comfortable homes to come to a disaster 😔

"Worst experience of our road trip"

The view.

Cockroaches everywhere, stained towels, not safe cause the balcony rails are loose. Overall maintenance of the facility is poor.

"Beautiful apartment that needs to be maintained the balustrade needs URGENT repair!!!"

Check in was easy The flat is in poor condition Broken chairs on the patio Dirty kitchen cupboards Torn sofa inside Worse of all was the broken balustrade(the base is completely out and literally hanging on)outside the bedroom window for the 4th floor this is EXTREMELY dangerous!!! I have taken pictures. We had to close off this door during our stay as we were extremely afraid if us or one of my kids fell over. It’s a beautiful apartment well very poorly maintained

We had to look for batteries for the remote of the one bedroom. The host had to send someone to bring batteries and to configure the remote for the bedroom. The air-con in the living room was not working.

"Disappointing"

Apartment was very spacious.

On arrival we were greeted by the smell of pest fumigation and cockroaches. Whilst sitting and relaxing or having a meal, cockroaches was all over, from the walls and beds in bedroom and while sitting in the toilet. My daughters ended up sleeping in the lounge because they we scared of the cockroaches in the bedroom.
