The apartment is as advertised.

They were still cleaning our room when we checked in and so we had to find something to do in the meantime to buy time

Central location, with plenty of convenient stores in walking distance.

Disappointing and Unhygienic Stay – Would Not Recommend Our experience at this accommodation was extremely disappointing. The room had an unbearable smell that clung to our clothes, which was incredibly off-putting. The sleeper couch was filthy — it clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time, and no extra linens were provided for it, which was unacceptable. Even worse, the bedroom mirror was covered in greasy kiss marks — absolutely revolting. On top of that, the parking situation was a nightmare. The space is far too tight, and manoeuvring vehicles was stressful and frustrating throughout the weekend.

Availability of the place

The apartment was cleaned in the late afternoons all the time. It was worse on the 24th of December 2025. It was cleaned at 17h23, and the whole day, it was unattended, and the excuse was that the previous client misplaced the spare key, and that was not my problem.

The balcony and close to shops

No smoking

Spacious place with all the facilities (e.g. supemarket) close by.

I had a bit of doubts re. safety (although to be clear - no incidents for us) - the door is locked on a very simple lock. The property on the ground floor with glass door and a lot of windows facing the courtyard. Other guests can easily see what you are doing etc. so not a lot of privacy.
