MYMYLocation is easy to travel anywhere in Penang island. Check-in information given was very clear. Towels were given. Lots of soft toys in the units to cuddle. 2 of the lifts were down and we feedback to Bryson. He responded and informed the management about it. And the 2 lifts were working again.
The lift could take awhile since the unit is at high floor especially during the check-in time where a lot of other travellers check-in too. Water drips in the common bathroom which is very annoying for light sleepers in the middle of the night. Not the unit's problem but nearby unit were singing karaoke at night which affected some of us who trying to sleep early. They did stop at midnight though.
