The location was fantastic. Close to everything. Easy to get to the main sites in Miraflores. It was clean and nice. The owner is very fast to answer any questions and the staff were wonderful. I really liked the restaurant nearby like Siete Sopas and Villa Chicken. Metro grocery store is nearby and there’s one right around the corner. I would definitely go again!

"Overall a good base for a few days in Lima"

Very spacious for a family of 4 with great kitchen, living and dining area. Roof top pool was fab, but important to know it is allocated to max of 8 for 2 hour stints via reception We never had an issue getting it when we wanted! Laundry area on balcony a bonus. Amazingly quick response when our fridge wasn’t working. Very convenient safe location with 24 hour doorman, lots of parks, cafes, shops nearby.

Cupboards were a little musty smelling but I understand that’s a common issue in Lima. Hot water tank quite small , only enough for 2 very short showers then a wait for it to warm up again. No air con but fans worked well. Busy road ( normal for Lima) but not a major issue at night.

Was a cold weather in September and the owner brought a heater. Fast internet and location.

Noisy place generally, busy main street. Thin walls and windows even there was about 18° C outside. Very cold but the owner brought a heater so he improved it. Narrow bads in european scale.... Tube Third bathroom looked more like loundry room and a real bathroom.

Comfortable apartment in a pleasant neighbourhood. Lots of nice restaurants and services nearly. Public transport not too far away. Good that it had a gym to use.

Apartment was a bit cold. There was a heater but it was temperamental.
