BRThe apartment was modern and clean. We loved the place, it had everything we could need. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and organized. The host was always ready to help and answered our questions almost immediately. Would definitely recommend!
IEThe Condo is in a new build with a large heated swimming pool and a well equipped gym. The building is 3 years old, with a mix of one / two bed units. It is set back from route 41 with block A facing a pretty marina on Whitaker bay and fine housing on the other side and enjoying sun on the terrace, late afternoons and fine sunsets in the evening Condo 210A is a large two bed unit with en-suite to the master second bathroom with tub and shower off the hall beside the laundry room. Bed room two is between the main living kitchen dining area and Bed room one 210A has a terrace providing good space to the out side un like most other units with balconies. The kitchen is well equipped with all one needs to fix meals as required Security is excellent fobs are required for auto entry and access to stairs and elevators. Gate combination lock doors to pool deck and gym. The complex is well maintained. The neighbours are a combination of permanent / part time residents, as well as rental properties. We were at the condo during spring break so the complex was busy. They are two restaurants near byWicked Cantina tapas seafood burgers inexpensive with a happy hour we took food and drinks there. The The Reserve Retreat not visited. Is on the roundabout @ R41 / 14 street. There is a Publix grocery & liquor store on R41 / between 11/10th street which is a short drive or a 15 minute walk. Excellent store a few restaurants there also Transportation: There is a parking garage with the condo UBER (operate on dynamic pricing with considerable price variation same journey at 17:00 Friday $34:00 Sunday 12:30 $12:00 There is a bus line on R41 flat fare $1:50 or walk/cycle !!!😎😊👍 A fine condo indeed 👍
