Alfama Terrace 360º - Private terrace with exceptional river view with A/C!

Apartamento con buhardilla pequeña para 3-4 personas situado en el barrio de la Alfama. Buena ubicación y relación calidad precio correcta.

The location is very nice. The view from the terrace is lovely .The managers of the property were very quick respond to any problems we had.

It's a small apartment (hard to believe it's 81 square meters..maybe including the terrace?) If you sleep in the main bedroom on the main floor, it is quite comfortable, but the loft beds and loft space are uncomfortable for anyone who isn't 10-15 years old. The apartment was a bit "tired", I'd say. Not much has been changed or fixed recently. The water faucet head in the bathroom needs to be removed and cleaned (water barely comes out), the shower head is pretty old, and there's a general sense that no one has really been into the apartment to fix or change anything in recent times. There's no comfortable place to sit and relax outside of the sleeping area. Lots of steps to get up and down, but no problem if you're in good shape. The outdoor entrance opens automatically when you push the apartment button, so people who live in the building often push the button to the apartment to enter without using a key (so you hear a click-click sound...not so terrible, but if you're sensitive to noise it's not the best). The property managers have a thorough 'check-in' platform where you have to upload information, which is fine. But also contacted us by phone and message to get the same information that was uploaded to the platform.

We arrived later than planned due to traffic but were still met at the property, contact excellent via watts app they helped us find car parking (not so simple in Lisbon) generally it was excellent service

Just two comments to be aware of: 1. - the second bedroom and terrace are accessed via a narrow ladder-like access - so it could be a challenge to reach for some people. The rest of the apartment is all on one level (third floor) 2. google maps had trouble finding the apartment when i was driving - because the car cannot drive to that apartment building which is in one of the smaller streets. But as soon as you choose access on foot - easily found :) and all of the locals are so helpful as well.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral! Die Terrasse ist ein echtes Highlight! Jeder Raum verfügt über eine Klimaanlage. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Generell ist die Ausstattung funktional.

Anfahrt zum entladen in der Nähe ist unmöglich- viel bergauf und viele Treppen mit Koffern sollten eingeplant werden. Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn kommt sehr spärlich und teilweise sind Gegenstände sehr abgenutzt.

Excellent location, breathtaking open view from terrace, best part of Lisbon to stay in (central, quiet, cute coffee shop bakery with the most amazing tarts nearby, near lots of good restaurants). Suitable for those without mobility issues because there were so many stairs, and the access to terrace was through an attic-type ladder. However, the exceptional view was well worth the climb, and tour buses were stopping nearby to get the same perfect view as we had each evening. The kitchen was suitable to make breakfast every morning. This is a clean and comfortable apartment.

We ran out of basic supplies and had to wait for replenishment. Espresso machine didn't work at first, which was frustrating, but they replaced the entire machine which was great.

Man sollte wissen, dass man viele Treppen steigen muss, ehe man in der Wohnung ist

El barrio es precioso!

Difícil acceso para personas mayores e imposible para personas con discapacidad motriz. No solo las calles, las escaleras internas son muy empinadas!

Fabulous location in Alfama. Beautiful view from the terrace. Pretty quiet.

Second sleeping area is up a ladder in a low-ceiling room. Access to unit is challenging with luggage. Cars/taxis cannot access the narrow streets so you are dropped off a short distance away. Streets are very steep and stepped and cobblestoned so rolling luggage is a challenge!! The unit is on third floor w narrow semi-circular stair. Pack light and you’ll be fine!
