Modern Moroccan Villa w/ Firepit, BBQ + Game Room!

Host very attentive. House as described in ad. Very nice stay. Would rebook property again.

The property was spacious and was fitting the need we had.

First, we arrive after check in time and we’re greeted with a pretty messy doormat filled with dried leaves. That made us very skeptical. We then began to tour the property only to find SOILED and unclean smell bed linen. After being in the premises for 20 minutes a lady and her husband with a teenage opened the door and came in on us. We were there for a graduation celebration which this totally ruined. I tried contacting the property admin via text and phone call and got no answer. We felt unsafe throughout the night and our stay was violated. We ended buying several sheets and blankets from Walmart with the hope to rest well to go back on a very long drive to home . The overall place looks clean but wasn’t prepared for us. The bathroom shower curtain had grease from other persons.

Loved the decor and the very nicely stocked amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms! The mattresses were comfortable. The high ceilings and tons of natural light was lovely. The game room was a great plus! Nice backyard and deck area. Good aircon.

The windows in the bedrooms had some sheer curtains but it was a challenge to sleep past sunrise particularly with younger children. They will be awakened with the sun. Would have loved room-darkening curtains! I did send a message to host during our stay regarding a missing spoke on the banister. This was a safety concern. The house is very well-lit. Some guests found the lighting to be a little too bright. Some dimmable lights would be a great addition.

Loved how everything was tastefully decorated and they thought of everything for supplies. Place was clean in a great neighborhood walking distance to dollar tree Starbucks. Owners were very accommodating and always available to answer questions. House was big enough for my husband and I my sons family and my daughters family. Very close to Busch Gardens which we did one day with the kids. The place had enough space for everyone to utilize. Video game in the Tv room was an added plus.

One only thing that we didn’t like was first two nights were cold inside the house as we slept but that was our fault because we did not adjust the thermostats. It was colder inside than out but we finally were able to adjust and we unfortunately did not use the backyard because it rained but that was not anyone’s fault. We wanted to do a fire and grill but it was a lovely getaway. There is only one tv in the tv room and none in the upstairs bedroom. Or master downstairs. With large families it’s an inconvenience to have 8/9 people sharing one tv. So would be nice to have at least another one in the bedroom.

It was close to Causeway.

There was only one TV in the house.

The price was great for the home.

Kind of outdated. Looks a bit old.
