The apartment itself is clean and well maintained, no smell whatsover. Secure parking and security

The apartment management did not properly maintained the general cleanliness. There were trash and toilet at general space were dirty at times. The owner only provided one set of key access so it wasn't convenient for a big group staying here. The owner not as responsive but did respond after repeated messages. Can surely improved on the room kitchen tools.

Water pressure, Aircond, Internet, Iron, Kitchen Facilities, washing machine, TV are okay.

Lack of toilet paper for the whole family. The black towel is not good. Confuse with which one is for shampoo and body wash. Late reply from person in charge. The bed is not comfortable, too stiff. Key error many times.

Safety and clean

the towels are not very clean and smell sour/bad. . please the host make sure the bath towels are clean and fragrant

The flat was clean and almost new and viva mega mall near. The host was cooperative and provide extra blanket and billows and provide proper cooking frypan and knife.

I did not like the beds and billows there were very hard and sitable to use in rental appartment Only one room has window and the setting area and other rooms with no windows The doors of bathrooms with glass which is not good idea The wasing machin out side and need to pass the bathroom with no dryer Also there is no view at all as it is in second floor and no elevator in the building
