Check-in is free from 17:00 to 19:30, Monday to Saturday. After 19:30, as well as on Sundays and public holidays, a EUR 30 fee will be charged upon key collection. Outside of these hours, keys will only be issued if online check-in has been completed (otherwise, a no-show will be considered) and the full amount of the stay will be charged. Please note that last-minute bookings may experience a delay of up to 2 hours at check-in (until 19:00). The seasonal outdoor pool is open from June 15th to September 15th.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool: Closed from Tue, Sep 15, 2026 until Tue, Jun 15, 2027 A deposit may be required at the property.

Very good very clean lovely mattresses

The lady next door made are holiday unbearable.constantly shouting and banging on the walls at night time.ringing door bell at all hrs.swearing and threatening behaviour about the noise.couldnt watch tv as she said it was disturbing her.we where going to come home earl y because she was so bad.wouldnt stay hear again because of the neighbour.this holiday was supposed to be relaxing before I started my cancer treatment.but it was far from it.

Het verblijf was prima in orde. Echter bleek achteraf dat de wasmachine niet werkte en werd hiervoor onze waarborg/deposit van 200 euro nooit terugbetaald. we kregen nooit facturen van herstelling te zien. Niemand stond ons te woord en alles gebeurde nadat we al 5 dagen terug thuis waren. Oplichters!!

Men beweerde achteraf dat de wasmachine niet meer werkte en hierdoor onze waarborg/deposit van 200 euro nooit terugbetaald. we kregen nooit facturen van herstelling te zien. Niemand stond ons te woord en alles gebeurde nadat we al 5 dagen terug thuis waren. Oplichters!!

A localizacao do apartamento é tranquila,sossegada...a piscina é boa,nao muito funda o que é bom para quem tem adolescentes...muito comércio à volta....

Logo à chegada deparei me com uma entrada de apartamento completamente suja,embora a empresa responsável tenha nos informado que o apartamento tinha sido limpo poucas horas antes.... os vidros do apartamento sujos assim como as quelhas onde estes correm....alguma sujidade por toda a casa o que nao está de acordo com a limpeza de uma empresa que tinha acabado de sair se lá segundo a Fincas Arena (empresa que gere e entrega as chaves).
