[Insta-Loft] Walk to Malls, Xpark and food nearby.

The owner first demanded us to pay RM200 deposit before giving us the checkin instructions. then after checkout, he expected us to clean the utensils in the kitchen sink, when booking.com already charged us cleaning fee. he accused us of folding the blinds. We did because there was no cord to open the blinds nor any instructions not to touch the blinds. We wanted to see out and all windows were covered with blinds. We forgot to unfold them at checkout and he found this enough reason to keep our deposit.

owner's attitude was a bit rough. it seemed he was inventing new ways to extort more money from us.

Very cozy. Clean bedding. No bugs. Very quick responding.No smells It is exactly same as explained. . The location was excellent. The bus to Singapore was just a 5-minute walk away, and it was convenient for grocery shopping and dining. The swimming pool was also amazing. The host was friendly and responded very quickly. Five of us stayed for two weeks, and we had no inconveniences at all. The washing machine had a drying function, which was very useful. We didn’t see a single ant, and the accommodation was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

Nicely done up, clean and comfortable, facilities are new and well maintained, visible security at lobby, very safe township. 8 mins walking distance across to Big Box mall.

The location was good, close to shops and amenities. There was a family mart at caltex petrol pump. It took us a while to figure out the route to Xpark and big box shopping. The accommodation was comfy and cozy for my family. The place was clean with clean beds n toilet.

The key card was confusing to use and got us locked out for a while. The curtains had issues.

It is just right beside Sunway Big Box Retail Park, with Family Mart nearby within walking distance. The house was clean and perfect for a small group of friends.

The sofa isn't really that comfortable, but you won't spend most of your time in the house so that's fine :)

Aesthetic Got washing machine

Dunno la whether it is the staff/owner, he demand us money coz he said that got stain yang cannot remove. It sounds a lil bit weird coz we stayed in many hotels and apartments before, dis is our first issue. It is quite questionable coz he claim that he check all already n the stain is new BUT how come when we check in, there’s no remote control? Like i dunno la can trust or not dat he ‘check properly’. So WARNING : pls take a video/photo n checkkkkkk everything carefully before u got blame.
