Todo aparte del trato de la dueña que muy sevicial

La casa es muy cómoda, está muy bien equipada, la terraza es una maravilla y la anfitriona muy atenta.

Una pena que la piscina solo este abierta en verano, la hubieramos disfrutado mucho!

Esta en una zona muy tranquila de Aguadulce. Y las instalaciones muy bien.

Firstly, the communication with Susana, the owner of the house was first class. She met us on arrival and showed us around the property and explained where everything was located, ie pots, pans and cooking utensils etc. The photos of the property don't really do the house justice. The terrace is a lot bigger than it looks, it has seating for 6 people and the table is extendable to around 2.4 metres and there's still plenty of room to relax and enjoy the pool view, which incidentally is literally 6 metres away from the house! There are 2 clothes airers on the terrace so plenty of space to dry any washing. The house has a modern Bosch washing machine, which is very convenient and we made the most of it, being light travellers! Upstairs there are 3 good sized bedrooms, the master being on-suite with a walk in shower and juliet balcony. . There's plenty of hanging space and drawer space in all 3 bedrooms, the other 2 bedrooms are twins, one of which has a small balcony overlooking the pool. The kitchen has just about everything you need to prepare a meal if needed, with a hob, oven and microwave, plus a good sized fridge Freezer. The kitchen lacked a kettle but we just boiled a pan of water for a cup of tea! It does, however have a coffee maker. The house was spotlessly clean and is located 10-15 minutes stroll from the huge beach at Aguadulce and also the pretty marina, which has quite a few bars and restaurants. It's also only a five minute walk from the main road which has lots of shops, cafes and tapas bars. I thoroughly recommend this house. Thank you for everything Susana!

Overall a lovely place, its just in need of a little bit of tlc and maybe a kettle would be a good addition to the kitchen, but not a deal breaker by any means!

Alojamiento amplio, limpio con todos los enseres, muebles y vajilla como si estuvieras en casa. La dueña super amable y simpática. Nos aconsejó incluso de lugares para visitar y restaurantes o playas. Un encanto

La urbanización, la tranquilidad y lo cuidado que está todo! Tanto la casa como la piscina, jardín, pasamos unas vacaciones bien merecidas 😎🤗 Aguadulce es muy bonito, playita de piedrita fina, hay marcha en el puerto por la noche, bares, discotecas, chiringuitos y está cerca dando un paseíto. Hay un mercadito cerca a dos calles, la iglesia muy cerquita y muy bonita con aire acondicionado 🤭. Supermercado día a 5 minutos andando. Muy céntrico y hay de todo! Para pasear, comer, restaurantes. Very nice and spacious house. The pool is excellent and there's no better thing for refreshing when the temperatures are high, and that's all the time 🙂 The location is good, everything you need is in the walking distance.
