Figaro Flat - AC, Netflix

Замечательная квартира, все есть для удобства. Большая, уютная, светлая, с отличным расположением. Близко к центру, рядом большой торговый центр. Было приятным сюрпризом оставленое хозяйкой вино для гостей, большое спасибо, но мы не пьем алкоголь, поэтому оставили вино для следующих гостей🙂 Благодаря такому жилью отдых получился максимально комфортным!☺️

The apartment was spacious, bright, clean and it has everything for a comfortable living. Well equipped! The host was available and explained everything that we could easily reach the apartment. WiFi was fast, AC works perfectly. The metro and bus station is in 3 mins, there’s 24/7 ABC shop in 2 mins, shopping mall in 5 mins. Location was perfect.

Établissement géré par une agence. Tout se passe par mail ; n'espèrez aucun contact avec un quelconque hôte... La propreté est clairement problématique (peut-être en partie dû aux travaux ayant lieu au niveau de la cour intérieure de l'immeuble), le sol était collant par endroits, plusieurs taches sur le plan de travail de la cuisine et la vaisselle était sale. L'entrée de l'immeuble est limite lugubre, nous avons été confrontés à des cafards à plusieurs reprises. L'équipement de la cuisine est insuffisant : 1 poêle, 1 casserole, quelques assiettes et couverts sales. Pas d'huile, 1 capsule de café (et 1 capsule de lait utilisée), pas de détergent vaisselle (et pas de lave-vaisselle non plus), ... Machine-à-laver de petite taille.

Nice, big apartment with a great location. The utensils for cooking were great and the laundry machine was a big plus for us. Overall an amazing stay!

The staircase was a bit creepy with no lights and the neighbours big dog wandering in the hallways could give someone a bit of a scare.

The property was spacious and in a good location near the Nyugati train station.

The entire building is under renovation. We didn’t mind it but for some people, the dust and noise during the day may be bothersome.

The flat itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — a great space to relax in after a busy day exploring. The host was absolutely lovely, responsive, and helpful with anything we needed when the radiator wasn't working and no wifi and actioned everything immediately. The location is excellent: right in the heart of a busy part of the city centre, with easy access to metro, tram, and bus routes. Most major sites are reachable within minutes, and local amenities are all close by.

However, one major downside was the ongoing construction and renovation work on the building. Unfortunately, this wasn’t made clear beforehand. The building was undergoing significant external work, which meant a lot of dust, strong paint fumes, loud drilling, and an overall feeling of it being unsafe at times. It didn’t match the images shown in the original listing, which was disappointing and would have been helpful to know in advance. Overall, while the flat and the host were both great, the construction works significantly impacted the experience. Once the building work is complete, I’m sure this will be a fantastic place to stay.
