Boho Avilla Gigantes

The apartment has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay: from a dishwasher, washing machine, and air conditioner to beach toys for kids, umbrellas, and a beach bag. We traveled with just backpacks and were planning to buy all of this on-site, but we found everything—and even more—already in the apartment. It was a lovely surprise to find a welcome gift of sweets, fruit, and wine from the hosts upon arrival. The hosts are very friendly and responsible. The apartment has a fresh, cozy renovation, it's very clean, full of light, and spacious enough for 3 adults and a child. There’s a baby cot and two bathrooms. The residential complex also has a large swimming pool. But the biggest highlight is the terrace. It's absolutely HUGE, with an incredible view of Los Gigantes. It’s a 1-minute walk to the promenade, 5 minutes to Lidl. The beach is a short walk away: about 15 minutes to Los Gigantes and 5 minutes to Playa de las Bajas. Almost none! It would be great to have a blender in the kitchen. Also, unfortunately, one of the frying pans was burnt and unusable. If you sleep with the window open, it can get a bit noisy outside in the early morning. But these are just minor things!

The underground parking which was a nightmare. The space was so small, we had to return to the airport the next day to get a smaller car, but parking even that was a challenge and there was no on street parking.

The apartment was very well equipped for what we wanted. The rooms were all clean, comfortable and spacious enough for a family of 3 (11 month old baby). Our host provided a cot as well as sourcing a high chair which was greatly appreciated. The kitchen facilities provided were perfect for cooking some meals and some basic ingredients were also available.

Due to the proximity of the apartment next to the road, it was a bit noisey at times. It’s not clear from the photos that the road is below the balcony.

Very polite and caring host. The apartment is spacious, very clean, has all the necessary equipment and a stunning view from the huge terrace!

Very narrow and small underground parking, causing stress if you have a large car. We had one just like this, so we often parked on the street.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and has a big terrace with an amazing view facing Los Gigantes. The kitchen is well equipped, you’ll find all the tools you need. There’s a parking place in the garage downstairs, 2 pools that you can use in the complex. Great contact with the owner, no problems with the late check-in.

My friend and I have just returned from a week spent at Boho Gigantes. The apartment is in an ideal location, not far from supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. It is also close to bus stops from where you can take buses to other parts of the island. The apartment has a large balcony with a sitting area, dining area and two sun loungers. From the balcony, there is a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. While we were there, work was being done on the balconies of the building, and a small part of our balcony had scaffolding in front of it, but this did not spoil the magnificent view. The flat is very comfortable and has everything you would need on holiday. The pool area, with its jacuzzi and sun beds, was very clean and the pool itself was excellent. The people who take care of the apartment were very helpful.

Apartment is super cozy and super clean. You can find here everything you need for your stay. We loved having breakfast and dinner in terrace, it was so nice.
