Honestly, nothing

We struggled to check in , after a long drive all we wanted was to just relax and recoup, we were assisted by a lady who had to first check with the owner if our booking is there , that took very long . Sharing a bathroom with other visitors was the biggest turn off for me and toilets were very dirty ,had to go buy toilet paper during the night , how can you not place enough toilet paper in the bathrooms knowing full well that it’s being used by many people ???, aircon was on the entire night , one aircon control panel for all rooms . Limited parking space , we were woken up by one of the visitor’s thinking that we are the ones who blocked the pathway ? Yoh I it was a very bad experience for me , wish I could list everything , I would never ever recommend this place to anyone , Horrible experience.

The reception was very good the property was clean, the parking was secure, it was the correct location for us as it was next to our conference facility, it is next to complex, the owner communicated well with us before arrival and he did send the location and it was accurate. The place was comfortable we slept well and the owner checked us every morning before we go to our conference facility. His two sons could go extra mile in assisting us with whatever we need assistance of.

The bedroom didn't have wall wardrobes we had to leave our clothes in bags and in suit covers. I will recommend that the cupboards in bedrooms be removed and be replaced with wall wardrobe.

The location was good

The room didn't have a tea making facilities.We have to go out to the other building to get boiling water. There were ants in the room. The TV was not working properly.
