close to everything, had everything we needed

extremely strong smell of damp/mold as soon as the front door was opened.. tried spraying air freshener etc to mask the smell but it didn’t help

Great location, flat 10-15minute walk into the centre. Had all equipment needed to make meals. Well prepared for small children (thank you) Very handy having 2 bathrooms when everyone’s getting ready in the mornings Right on bus routes Lovely high pressured showers We all slept really well

Could do with a little TLC Couldnt open any of the windows - weather was 20 degrees so very stuffy and hot No dishcloth to wipe benches just scrubber for the dishes The pull out bed/sofa in living room was broken, would collapse everytime weight was on it so slept on the sofa itself however very comfortable. But if there was a sixth adult there would have been no room. There was a dog in the property upstairs who barked continually when we arrived however heard very little after that. Back yard a little grim Very busy road to the front of the property

Didn’t like it at all , we left a day early as we can’t stay as soon we walked in the door , the property smelled the damp air which makes my husband’s asthma worsen ,and two of them had a bad cough all night . That’s why we decided to leave the property we wake up . We booked the Fitzwilliam hotel through from your booking .com confirmation number 4766153159 We asked the staff to refund the second day we paid , she advised us to claim the money back from booking .com , it will refund to us . Will you investigate this matter.

1. The gas cooker ignition is not working correctly. 2. The pull cord of the small bed's window blinds is broken. 3. The main bedroom has broken window hinges 4. The tiles in the shower cubicle area of the en-suite bathroom are loose, and we think that's the reason why water may leak out from there into the hallway. 5. The hallway carpet is soaking wet and getting increasingly wet like a puddle of water. 6. The communal toilet is slightly loose, and it moves when you sit on it.

Good location

The apartment was not clean - bedding has stains, mold on the back of the bathroom door, broken light and glass on the floor, loose electric socket, fridge stunk as it was being turned off and closed. The entire place smelled damp. Emailed host regarding above, never heard the reply.

The area was horrible the shop keeper was ignorant and Union Jack flags everywhere, very intimidating and feeling of being unsafe and not welcomed by the shop or the domino’s pizza.. we had to move straight away to safer place.. the person up over us tried to empty something out thier window on my husbands head

Didn’t like anything, made our stay from one day instead of 3 and no refund. It wasn’t in the city centre like posted it was a good 20 minute walk
