Excellent location Private parking space In city centre Very quiet A bit tricky to find, but video directions was helpful Modern style Big TV

On arrival day, we received an email saying access code would not be released to us, as payment had not been received. We had paid in full at time of booking. This was resolved quite easily, but an inconvenient start to the day. Didn't want to set off unless / until we knew we could access the property 2 forks, 3 knives, 4 dessert spoons, no teaspoons. We required to buy cutlery from Poundland Kitchen had a few saucepans, knives and a chopping board. To enable us to cook in the apartment, would have been useful to have basic cooking equipment eg a sieve and some roasting trays / pyrex dishes etc We assumed (wrongly) that a luxury apartment would have a dishwasher. Our fault for not checking in advance. Plates, glasses etc weren't as clean as we would like Weak shower Would have expected newer / higher quality bedding and towels, and a mattress protector on the mattress in main bedroom Overall, we enjoyed our trip to Aberdeen. The apartment has potential, but unfortunately did not live up to expectations

So nice flat in quite place, comfy bed nice shower the photos is in described place. Location is 10min the town have restaurants, bars close I love Aberdeen I am back soon possible. Super recommended thanks

Windows no can't open is one ground floor the curtains limited to open more. If you can changed this is better in case receive kids input safe for that. in one emergency no is possible use to the door one have windowns for that. Thank you.

Location was really good, although a little hard to find initially, and our taxi driver couldn’t find it, even using Google maps. Once in, it was close to shops etc and cafes.

We arrived after midnight, very tired after travelling all day with canceled flights at Heathrow. It would have been nice to have a cuppa on arrival but there was nothing. The extra little touches count as it didn’t have anything like tea or coffee, and most places where we have stayed at usually have these things. Felt it wasnt as clean as it could be with one bedside cabinet having previous guests drink marks on it and quite dusty, and I needed to wipe a few surfaces before use. The main bed didn’t have a bottom sheet on it although it was made up. Found a new one in packet in hall cupboard. Discovered the lovely towels on the bed were all still damp, which had made the duvet on our bed damp.

clean, good location, good tv channels, equipped kitchen, spacious, good big beds great heating

toilet seat was broken, under bed and seats wasn’t well cleaned

hardly any toilet roll, no bin bags, funny smell of fags, fridge didn’t work and smelt

Brilliant apartment, I had booked somewhere else near by & was so disappointed we left straight away. Luckily this apartment saved the day! Beautiful.
