Location was perfect ... easy parking close by ...

We were disappointed with our stay, in fact we did not stay the last night. On arrival, the front door to the property was open. Obviously, it never shuts as there were leaves and rubbish in the hallway. Also, dozens of letters on the floor for empty flats. We were greeted by the sight of a boarded up door on one of the flats. Obviously, someone had been evicted, and repairs had been made. Our flat was on the next floor. The beds need new mattresses they were all very soft. The plumbing was making allsorts of noise when you flushed the toilets. The shower was also poor. You had to run around to get wet. Do not be fooled with the 10/10 rating. This is only 3 reviews all by the same person and all within 2 months of each other. It's right in the town centre, next to weatherspoons. So, the noise of drunk people, shouting and swearing in the street, was tiresome until the early hours of the morning.
