Apartment 4, King's Court

We stayed here during the last week of the summer holidays, and 2 of the reasons for the choice of booking were the sea views from the apartment and the availability of parking. We arrived to a very clean apartment and the check in process was very straight forward. The apartment was very spacious and was in an excellent location (you can leave the front door, have walked down the winding path in front of the apartment and picked your spot on the North Bay Beach within 5 minutes.) The views from the Bay window in the apartment were beautiful - a great spot for a morning cup of tea, or an afternoon reading a book. Parking: Upon booking the apartment, we did receive a message to say that 4 parking spaces were available and that this was on a first come first serve basis. When we arrived at the property, the 4 spaces were taken up. However, there is an NCP (Scarborough Queens Parade 2) approximately 5 doors down, which costs only £6.45 for 24 hours of parking and you can see the car from the apartment. This car park was almost empty every day, so spaces were always available. We highly recommend staying in this property.

The parking availability isn't overly clear until you have booked your stay. However, for a beach location, either the option to park at the property or at the NCP down the road were both absolutely fine for us and didn't impact our stay.

Beautiful location over the North bay of Scarborough, accomodation modern and well laid out. Couldn't have asked for more we had a lovely break.

We stayed for 2 nights and were really impressed. The apartment is fresh, clean, spacious, modern and equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful sea views and within walking distance to all the attractions. Perfect for accessing the open air theatre, literally around the corner. I needed to speak to the host Sam, who is very friendly and incredibly helpful. If we come to Scarborough again we definitely rebook.

Fabulous apartment, brilliant location with superb views of the north bay and castle! 5 minute walk to The Open Air Theatre. Absolutely immaculate and everything you need. Will definitely be back 🥰

Clean and tidy and finished to a very high standard. Facilities are great.

Parking space so close to North Beach, high end furnished apartment, extremely modern, highly recommended
