La alberca es muy bonita, el lugar es tranquilo, 0 ruidos de las discotecas, excelente para descansar, al igual que la atención al cliente de los chavos

The location.

It’s a very dated hotel. There is construction and noise from construction from 6 AM till 6 PM at night. My second night there a body with a bag around its head was found within 150 feet of the entrance. I had my service dog and paid a fee of C$120 as a deposit. Then upon checkout, they told me I owed another 100 American dollars because the room had lots of hair in it. It’s because they never flipped the room or cleaned it because I told him they didn’t need to until we left. Then they got me for about $300 Canadian after paying and kept my luggage and would not release it until I paid it. Very shaft management. Except for the young guy who was the manager of the front desk. Again near no attractions, major construction all the time and then rip you off your deposit and keep your luggage hostage until you pay another 100 American dollars because there was dog hair in the room, then accused us of stealing the air conditioner, remote control because we have a lot of use for that, right….

El espacio tiene mucho potencial para ser una excelente alternativa y competir con los grandes, limpio, lindo ,ordenado , habitaciones con sentido , comodas y limpias.

Las almohadas se sienten muy usadas hace falta cambiarlas, hubo un hombre que no se si es del hotel pero el ultimo dia fue muy grosero conmigo al meterse de forma impertinente en una conversación que tenía con el chico de recepción sobre el late checkout y me sentí muy incomodo y amenazado, él ocupaba las instalaciones todo el dia, ofreciendo servicios. Eso empañó la nota del excelente servicio que recibí por parte de la chica y el chico argentino muy amable. Por lo grosero de este hombre decidí no hacer late checkout y ausentarme todo el último día de las intalaciones.

Kitchenette equipment Was only fridge , microwave Coffee cups and coulpe plates. I had to ask about cooking stove, cooking pot. ok but I would say kitchenette needs some upgrades

Bien placé et au calme, le parking fermé est rassurant

Le lit n’etait pas hyper confortable mais pour une nuit cela faisait l’affaire

Que con mucha amabilidad recibieron a nuestra mascota

Que no tenga uno la información del depósito que hay que hacer en efectivo por la mascota por si hace algún desperfecto en la habitación. Lo del depósito está bien pero hubiera sido bueno saber con anterioridad que era en efectivo para tomarlo en cuenta abres de llegar

Heel mooie binnentuin met verrassende dieren, leuk zwembadje, super locatie en goede parkeerplek. Hele goeie handdoeken en de airco werkte prima.

Badkamer/toilet stonk en nauwelijks verluchting. Het mooie balkon was afgesloten, erg jammer. Nergens een kapstok of kleerhaak te bekennen. Een handdoek ophangen lukte niet.
